Terms Entered in Search
A name, city, or other term entered in an embedded search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider’s policy controls its receipt and use of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we retain the details needed to read and answer it. We do not share a message outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.
